My name is Bri and I have been a licensed esthetician since 2019. I started with the Benefit Brow Bar where I specialized in brows. After having my son I started at a salon where I began to specialize in brazilian waxing. In 2023 I moved to back to Kennewick from Spokane. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING FEE: A booking fee will be required by all first time clients. These booking fees are non refundable and may be required for returning clients if there is a history of late cancellations.
LATE ARRIVAL: Please contact me ASAP if you are running late. After 10 mins of your scheduled time, the appointment will have to be rescheduled depending on the services scheduled.
SICK: Getting sick can be out of our control and happen suddenly. Please communicate with me if you are sick so that we can adjust your appointment to another day, otherwise same day cancellation fee will be applied.
Do not arrive sick or you will be turned away.
LATE CANCELLATION / NO SHOW: If you need to cancel your appointment please do so before 24 hours. Any cancellation after the 24 hour mark will result in a 75% of the service will be charged to the card on file. After 2 no shows you will be banned.
RESCHEDULE : If you need to reschedule an appointment, do so before the 24 hour mark, otherwise a late cancellation fee will be applied. You are allowed 1 reschedule before you must pay a new booking fee.
